The cat was as dark as night,
Much keener within it's sight,
He purrs with all of his own might,
While awaiting for the sun to be alight,
As he sat there all bright,
Unaware to his own right,
He approached a man with his kite,
Only to find him fishing by the sea,
He saw the fish give a fight,
Then took it's wings upon flight,
As he let the man be,
He noticed the fish flapping by the tree,
It slowly made it's way with fright,
As the fish was almost free,
The cat stepped on it's knee,
And then it would give out a sobbing plea,
As the fish tried it's best to flee,
The cat would never agree,
But the man saw and gave out a decree,
And blistered the cat to a degree.
