The sun hiding on the horizon,
Waiting patiently to appear,
A faint light shown through,
A sparkle gave the sky a tear,
My heart was severe,
Yet beating as it may,
My body became strengthened,
You'd never know what to say,
As the sun forgot the day,
And the sun slowly slipped into the black,
My heart was already one,
It was always intact,
The night began to slack,
A faint light was all to see,
My heart had skipped a beat,
Yet she was still hidden from me,
I saw the waves crash throughout the sea,
I knew one day I'd be blessed,
That life would sparkle alight,
And all she'd need to do is say yes.
Warm rays playing peek-a-boo through a heavy cloud, little hints of heaven, afraid to speak out loud.

ReplyDeleteNor did the Elf call upon you, then angel of glue. Yet he asked those to come forth, but none had came down from the North.
